How to read this catalogue

A coherent portfolio, not a uniform pipeline

The ideas are deliberately presented as a portfolio at mixed levels of maturity and intended scale. Some are early fragments or provocations; some are ready for discussion; a few are closer to market research. Scale markers should be treated as current working assumptions, open to exploration.

Communities as the unit of change
